After Gwen's lover abandons the monastery late one night, she closes her heart off from her fellow nuns. In her sorrow, she commits herself to a live of piety and somber prayer.
Years later, her lover mysteriously returns! And he's looking very, very different. Nobody else recognizes this man but her: his name is Caelan now and he's tall, strong and as charming as ever.
The way he looks is everything he ever spoke of wanting, and Gwen begins to question how it's all possible. Is this the trick of some demon? Or is it the gift of something even holier than God?

Bought this thinking I would love it coming in, andI was correct in my assumption! Big fan of monster romances (also bought the mothman one on welcome change), and of course having a ~secret forbidden tryst at the convent~ is always spicy. The drawings and character designs were beautiful and this comic brought me a lot of joy overall. Definitely gonna check out more of your other works! (I also watch gum and doc but I haven't seen the new one yet)

Your work is beautiful and deserves a space where it can be seen without fear of censorship! I love how the tension is portrayed between the lovers. To the other nuns their interactions seem so mundane, but they both tow the line of plausible deniability to protect themselves and each other. When they're alone, the can finally let loose. It only takes a few moments for them to let down all their walls and pick up right where they let off! It makes the ending all the happier! Thank you for this delicious feast and I look forward to your future work!!!

beautiful, romantic. deep in its emotions of guilt, yearning, and desire. gwen is such a gorgeous woman, some of caelan's panels made me PHYSICALLY swoon, and each expression, gesture, and background is charmingly crafted. i don't deal with bottom dysphoria as often as my other trans peers, but when i do, fiction like this is exactly what makes me feel seen. the ending really got to me and just made me so very happy for these characters!
