Yes! A quest log is coming! I'd also like to try to implement a chapter select, but that may be a little more difficult.

Having an Android build available through Itchio makes it very vulnerable to multiple kinds of theft. So, this is a small deterrent to that, as well as a way to help keep out folks who are under 18.

When is the game going to be finished?

I don't know! I'm trying my best just to enjoy working on the game while I'm working on it and not burn out.
